Cardgame
I have finally designed a first logo for my card game. It should represent the mold monster as well as the angels. What do you think? Let me know in the comments.
The game is being funded on Kickstarter, if you want to get an early bird advantage, please sign up for the mailing list.
How the Pareto Principle Transformed My Creative Workflow: How i Achieve More by Doing Less
While I had been aware of the principle for years, it wasn’t until I applied it to my own workflow that I truly saw its impact.
The idea is simple: 80% of outcomes come from 20% of effort. When I started using it consciously, I realized just how much time I had been wasting on unnecessary details and perfectionism.
I’ve divided my projects into four key phases: research, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
For research, I now set a timer to focus only on gathering the essentials, knowing I can return for more details later.
In planning, I work backward from the final goal, setting clear milestones and focusing on what truly matters to reach them.
During implementation, I rely on time blocking to keep me on track and prevent getting bogged down in details.
Finally, I’ve incorporated a regular evaluation process, reviewing my progress daily, weekly, and monthly to learn and improve.
While I’m still fine-tuning my approach, integrating the Pareto Principle has helped me become more efficient, achieve my goals faster, and focus on what truly matters. What methods do you use to stay productive? Let me know in the comments!
